Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort - Igloos and Chalets

No Man’s Fort, Solent, Portsmouth, England
To protect against Napoleon Bonaparte III, the then British Prime Minister Lord Palmerstone facilitated the construction of this fort around 1867-1880 in Portsmouth on the south coast of England. Jules' Undersea Lodge is the only underwater hotel in the United States. It is 30 feet deep on the ocean floor and guests have to scuba dive to get to their rooms. The hotel is located at the bottom of the Emerald Lagoon and was opened in 1986.
Located in the lagoon at Key Largo Undersea Park, Jules’ is the world’s only underwater hotel where scuba diving is the only way to get to your room. In addition to overnight stays in the Lodge, the Park offers a great SCUBA training location in its Lagoon, with a depth of up to 30′ in a protected setting. Individuals can get Open Water certified here, do a Discover SCUBA Diving course, or just dive around in the lagoon.

Located in the heart of Torres del Paine National Park, EcoCamp is set in unique domes inspired by the ancient dwellings of the region.
