The Champs-Elysées Christmas market is one is open significantly earlier than the other Parisian Christmas markets- perfect for those of you who simply can’t wait for Christmas to arrive.
What to Expect
The variety of amazing lights welcome you as soon as you walk out of the Metro station, and you instantly feel like you’re in some sort of Christmas rom-com film, as you walk amongst the wooden chalets, enjoying your mulled wine.
The stalls offer so much variety: as well as the impressive range of food and sweets, you are also offered some great gift ideas, with some great hand-crafted stuff. There is also several options for kids, such as separate family areas, as well as games such as slides, and even an ice skating rink.
Other Activites
Whilst you are there, you can also have a ride on the Ferris wheel, for another breath-taking view of the Champs-Elysées and Paris itself. Don’t be put off by the queue- it moves very quickly.
All in all, this market is a sure-fire way to help turn even the biggest Scrooges into the biggest fans of the holiday festivities.
