When we first hit over 1,000 followers we were really excitied, then our follower count started going up and up and up. We have tried to follow back a lot of our followers especially those who tweet travel related updates whilst we have never brought Twitter followers.
Twitter is a great marketting tool for us to get information live in real time, we really love Twitter! If you haven't joined yet we highly recommend you do especially if you love to travel as there are some really great profiles to follow like the Lonely Planet for example.
