Eligiblity
Every exam is different and has different entry criteria, generally:
- You are required to have at least 1 year of experience in a professional-level HR position along with a degree in masters, OR
- At least 2 year experienced in a professional-level HR position along with a degree in bachelors, OR
- Must have at least 4 year experienced in as a pro HR position along with a high school diploma
Which Exam to Take?
There are several different exams and one of the best is the VSPHERE exam. The time given to the students to complete the VSPHERE exam is 3 hours.
150 scored questions are being asked in the exam which is mostly (multiple-choice) along with 25 pretest questions. The fees for the exam are $395 and the application fees are $100.
Also, once a candidate pays the application fees, there will be no refund regardless of whether a candidate no longer desires to take up the exam. The VSPHERE certification remains valid for three years after testing.
