Enjoy coastal Monterey where the sparkling Pacific Ocean and wildlife such as harbour seals, otters and whales dominate this area between May and November. Included is a whale watching cruise to observe these magnificent mammals.
High in the Sierra Nevadas, we hit the wilderness trails of Yosemite National Park to explore the mountains, meadows, valleys and Giant Sequoia trees. Walking the trails is the best way to really unleash what Yosemite has to offer and we have included some dedicated and leader led hikes.
The views are incredible, as pristine alpine forests give way to sparkling granite peaks. Mark Twain said Lake Tahoe’s air was pure enough for angels. Enjoy the lake vistas and hiking trails at Lake Tahoe and round off your experience with a sunset cruise whilst sipping champagne on the crystal-clear, deep blue water.
