Itinerary

Day 1 Cairo
Trip starts and you can arrive anytime.

Day 2 Cairo
Wake up early and explore this ancient city, places you can visit include the stunning Pyramids. Get some photos before catching a train to Aswan.

Days 3-5 Aswan
You will get to visit a rural village and enjoy a home-cooked meal with local people, you can also go and see the amazing temples of Abu Simbel.

Days 6-7 Luxor
One of the highlights of the trip is visiting Luxor where you can see in real life the Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temple and Luxor Museum.

Day 8 Cairo
From Luxor you will travel back to Cairo where you will have free time to go sightseeing.

Days 9-10 Nuweiba
You will join a flight to the popular tourist resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, there are various beach and water based activities available including swimming and snorkelling.

Day 11 Aqaba
Catch a ferry from Egypt crossing into Jordan.

Day 12 Wadi Rum
Go camping in the desert on an adventure 4x4 trip, this is a thrilling experience in a spectacular setting.

Days 13-14 Petra
Another highlight - seeing the ancient city of Petra which is a world famous destination.

Day 15 Madaba
Take in some history and culture visiting castles and the Madaba mosaics.

Days 16-17 Amman
Explore the Jordanian capital and go swimming in the Dead Sea, on day 17 this overland adventure finishes and you can leave anytime.
