Day 1 Delhi
Tour starts in the Northern Indian city of Delhi where you will meet your group.
Day 2 Delhi
A day free to explore Delhi where you can visit local markets and sights like Connaught Place and Jama Masjid.
Days 3-4 Jaipur
Explore the old Palace and in the evening you can watch a Bollywood movie in an art deco cinema.
Day 5 Abhaneri
Enjoy a relazing day in Abhaneri visiting local destinations including the Harshat Mata Temple.
Days 6-7 Agra
One of the undoubted highlights of the trip includes visiting the Taj Mahal.
Day 8 Orchha
Get taken to see the beautiful Orchha Palace Complex.
Days 9-11 Alipura + Khajuraho
Soak up the culture of this region and learn more about the history by visiting local temples.
Days 12-13 Varanasi
Get a guided walk around the city and a boat trip down the Ganges river.
Day 14 Varanasi + Delhi
Wander around the city of Varanasi, go shopping and barter for goods with local people before taking a flight to Delhi in the afternoon.
Days 15-16 Kochi
Fly to Kochi (sometimes prounounced Cochin), guided tour of the Dutch Palace.
Days 17-18 Wayanad (Kalpetta)
Experience a scenic nature and wildlife guided trip to the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary and Eddakal cave complex.
Day 19 Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary
One of the highlights of the tour, a night safari in search of wildlife.
Days 20-21 Mysore
Explore the Chaumundi Temple and Somnathpur.
Days 22-23 Mamallapuram
After an overnight train you can enjoy a relaxing day in (Mahabalipuram) with a visit to the Shore Temple.
Day 24 Pondicherry + Madurai
Visit the former French region and learn about the history of this area. From here you will take a train ride to Madurai.
Day 25 Madurai
Something a bit different, take a cycle-rickshaw tour of the Sri Meenakshi and Madurai temples.
Day 26 Thekkady
Travel to Thekkady and enjoy a cultural tour of a local spice plantation located in the Cardamom Hills.
Day 27 Kerala
Ride a private bus and riverboat to a local remote homestay on the river, join a guided excursion to the local lagoon.
Day 28 Kochi
This tour finishes in Kochi.
