With a strong reputation for great food, client care and a nothing is too much trouble attitude we have a loyal and diverse clientele. Your hard work and efforts will be rewarded. We are therefore looking to recruit the following positions for the 2008/2009 season

Chalet Chef (position still available in courchevel 1850)
As chef you will have an enthusiasm for food that shows quality of produce, creative presentation and flair. You will also have the ability to relate well to people and their needs, dietary or otherwise. You will need to be able to work well with your team members. You will work to a generous budget where you choose your menu and with which you can spoil your guests. Outline requirement for the job are as follows:

* Freshly prepare and cook, breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and a four course meal 6 days a week
* Menu design/planning and presentation is to be to professional catering standard.
* Ensure all client needs, expectations and requirements are met at all times.
* Along with your team members you will ensure the cleanliness of the chalet and its property. You key responsibility will be the kitchen and its associated areas.
* You will be responsible for the ordering of food stocks and speaking with suppliers
* That the standards expected and set from both the client and Kaluma are adhered to.
* With your chalet hosts you will submit your paperwork on time and in good order
* Have a flexible attitude to your role, company, team members and clients.

Chalet Host (position available in Courchevel 1850)
As Chalet Host you will need the ability to relate well to people and their needs. Flexibility, friendliness and keen enthusiasm are all key attributes to making this job work for you. This is in fact a demanding role where you really will get out what you put it. Outline requirement for the job are as follows:

* Ensure all client needs, expectations and requirements are met at all times.
* Along with the other members of the team you will ensure the cleanliness of the chalet and its property. This includes making of the beds, cleaning the bathrooms and all other communal area?s
* Assist in the preparation of breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and the four course evening meal.
* That the standards expected and set from both the client and Kaluma are adhered to.
* With the other members of your team you will submit your paperwork on time and in good order
* Have a flexible attitude to your role, company, team members and clients.

Driver/Ski Guide/Resort Representative (all positions filled)
The Driver/Resort Representative post is an interesting and varied role. You will be key to the team at Kaluma. You must be a strong team player with the ability to think on your feet in a wide range of situations. You must be well presented, organized, confident and proactive. Within the role you will be involved with all areas of our overseas operations. These include corporate entertaining, welcoming of guests to the resort and continuing our relationships with suppliers. However we must stress that you need to be flexible in attitude to both your role and team members. Your responsibilities will include:

* Airport Transfers ? This involves picking up and dropping off clients to airports.
* Greeting guests at hotels, ensuring all their needs and requests are met.
* Assisting the Resort Manager and Chalet Manager with Corporate Entertaining.
* Organizing Ski Hire and Lift passes for all guests greeted.
* Liaising efficiently with the Resort Manager and Chalet Manager with any handovers that may be required.
* Driving in resort when required
* Assisting the chalet staff when necessary
* Snow Clearing
* Vehicle Maintenance
* 20 Weeks Previous Skiing in order to competently accompany our guests on the slopes
