Agriculture & Farming volunteers may find themselves assisting on various aspects of working on a farm. Each destination has something different and unique to offer, but all will give volunteers a chance to help a local community as well as gaining an insight into one of the world's largest and most diverse industries.

As a volunteer, you may learn how to grow your own vegetables, pass on their knowledge to local people by arranging educational workshops and assist with animal care. Depending on the time of year, you could find yourself building and fencing enclosures, planting new seeds, creating a display area for seeds and herbs, harvesting the vegetables and selling the vegetables.

Whilst working on your project, you will have the opportunity to explore a new and interesting culture as well as meet other volunteers from all over the world!

No farming or gardening experience is necessary - you will be given a full induction and any necessary training on arrival and work alongside local specialists.
