Volunteering on the Public Health project in Cambodia is a fantastic and rewarding experience and is also a great addition to your CV or university application. Whether you're a university hopeful, studying for a degree in medicine or healthcare, or a qualified medical practitioner you will have an important role to play,

As a volunteer, you will work alongside a qualified nurse and project coordinator, conducting home visits and providing basic health services to children at local care facilities. This may include basic health checks, such as blood pressure and BMI checks, disease screenings and referrals, and providing education about general health issues.

Volunteers also carry out work in the office, reporting on findings during outreach work and completing basic care plans. This work is done in order to track and monitor long-term outcomes.

We also have Public Health projects available in Belize, Ghana, the Philippines and Sri Lanka!
