NGO's operate programs which are open to international participants where you can help in upliftment of society. Working towards improving human rights, childrens education, womens empowerment and improving facilites and increasing links between society and the government.
As a volunteer on these programs you can get involved working alongside local Moroccan staff with computers, IT, admin work, planning events and helping with the weekly tasks. There are office based roles where you can help with computing, websites, social media, typing and also general assistance.
Awareness is a big part of these programs where you can raise issues like womens rights or help people with healthcare, land rights and domestic abuse. Popular projects include working on womens rights providing education and enhacing prospects and a better future. You could help with educational initiatives, or take times to teach new skills like computing which can improve their daily life and future.
