A Guide to Studying in Alicante

Alicante is one of the best places to study Spanish in Spain. This city is very relaxed and there are so many great reasons to learn Spanish here, not least the warm climate and beautiful beaches.

Schools are located throughout the city, some are in the pretty Paseo de la Explanada area which is very close to the beach. Schools differ in size and structure, some have 5-10 classrooms with internet facilities, free wifi, a canteen, air conditioning and views of the ocean.

 

Types of Courses

Spanish schools in Alicante offers several different course packages, usually classes last either 2, or 5 hour lessons per day with 1-48 week durartions. Some courses include sightseeing activities and social events to give you cultural immersion.

 

Teachers

All teachers are specially trained in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and many hold a Masters or Doctorate in their area of specialization. 

 

Accomodation

You can choose from a range of accommodation including staying with a local family, shared accommodation with other students or go private for an extra cost.
