This trip is ideal for anyone with an interest in horses, whether they have a lot of experience, or have never ridden before but who would like to give it a go. WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
A typical day starts early – particularly if you are on the feeding rota. Enjoy the beginning of another beautiful Mozambique day as you do the rounds of the yard with your new friends. Breakfast will be served which you will all enjoy together, and then work starts for the day, with a combination of helping with riding lessons, general horse care, helping treat any of the horses that may be sick or injured, and overall yard maintenance, depending on your experience. After a hearty lunch at 12.30, you can enjoy a full afternoon of riding instruction or simply ride out in the picturesque rural setting that the ranch is situated in. Your evenings are completely free to enjoy as you wish.
