Active Care Group, a UK based care agency, provides a live-in care service for physically disabled adults and children, specialising in supporting people with a spinal cord injury. We assign a like minded live-in carer to work under our clients direction, enabling them to live independently in their own home.

Award Winning Care Assistant Training

As a leading care provider in the UK we are always looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people. Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant is desirable but is not essential. All our Care Assistants first attend an award winning training course, which they must pass before they can be sent to a client. Healthcare Philosophy

At Active Care Group our healthcare philosophy is to enable physically disabled children and adults to live as independently as they possibly can. We provide a fully trained Live In or Live Out Healthcare Assistant or team of Carers to support them in their own home.  Within Active Assistance the role of a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer or Healthcare Assistant is known as a Personal Assistant (PA) as your role is to work with direction following a personalised care plan.

 

Duration & Benefits

We ask for a six month commitment. Assignments last for 3 weeks and then you can have a couple of days to a couple of weeks off between each assignment. Perfect for travelling around Europe as you also build up paid holiday. We provide training and accommodation while you are training with us and an enhanced criminal record check, in return for a committment of 6 months.
