We offer an extensive, well-tested, and well-received professional development program to all of our teachers. This professional development program is run by the Direction of Studies and the department of pedagogy and consists of training, professional support, and coaching. On one hand, English teachers receive specific training related to teaching English (TEFL, TESOL) in groups as well as individually.
Teachers also receive training related to developing their teaching skills ; use of textbooks, learning materials, and other learning platforms; and class observations between coworkers to receive constructive feedback and learn from others.
