Here at AJF we are simple friends and animal lovers who share similar views on treating animals with the respect and compassion they so rightly deserve. Including the right to live free from unnecessary suffering and exploitation.
Volunteering is about sharing and caring for something you believe in. It is not measured by money or publicity but by your sincerity and willingness to act. In Indonesia 3 to 4 million dogs and cats are killed every year because shelters are too full and there aren’t enough adoptive homes. Only 1 out of every 10 dogs born will find a home. A life is a life no matter how small. Please help us find a better life for these animals.
Indonesia does not have the best track record for animal welfare so we really have our hands full here at the rescue centre. We also support sustainable living here at AFJ and run community educational programs to raise environmental awareness and animal welfare awareness.
We rely only on the kind efforts of our volunteers and individual contributions to keep our rescue centre running, that’s why we need you, YOUR HELP, if you a friend of the animals and can help us help them; we need help with…
