Day 2: World Heritage sites of Negombo
Location: Sirigiya
Breakfast included, then we head to Sri Lanka's Dambulla region. Quick stop at Elephant Rock for great views, hotel check-in, and a sunset visit to the ancient Dambulla Cave, a World Heritage Site.
Day 3: Let's Go To Sirigiya Rock!
Location: Sirigiya
Today we climb the iconic Sirigiya Rock, once a palace and later a monastery, standing 200 metres high. Learn its history and enjoy sweeping views. At sunset, we take a short hike up nearby Pidurangala Rock for more stunning vistas.
Day 4: Exclusive Village Tour
Location: Kandy
Explore Sigiriya's local village today, walking through traditional farms and poultry-keeping setups. Enjoy an authentic Sri Lankan curry meal, and leave with a sense of the area's warm hospitality.
Day 5: Free Time in Kandy City
Location: Kandy
Catch the sunrise over Kandy Lake (if you so please)! Today is a dedicated day for you to rest and do as you want. Kandy is a vibrant city, boasting a lively nightlife scene, bars clubs and endless restaurants for you to explore.
Day 6: Famous Train Ride To Ella & Tea Plantation
Location: Ella
Today, trek through scenic tea plantations to reach Little Adam's Peak, offering stunning 360-degree views. A local guide then explains the tea-making process from seedling to cup. Finish by exploring the mountain town of Ella.
Day 7: Cooking Class & Little Adams Peak
Location: Ella
Join a local family for a Sri Lankan cooking class in a mountain-surrounded home near Ella. Enjoy lunch and then head to the 9-Arch Bridge for another iconic Sri Lankan viewpoint. End the day agreeing: there's no bad view in Sri Lanka.
Day 8: Breathtaking Diyaluma Waterfalls
Location: Udawalawe
Head from Ella to Udawalawe, stopping at Diyaluma Falls, Sri Lanka's second-highest waterfall. Trek to the top for great views and pools for a quick swim or cliff jump. Then spend the night at Udawalawe National Park.
Day 9: Jeep Safari & Beach!
Location: Mirissa
Morning safari in Udawalawe National Park with expert guides, expect to see elephants, crocodiles and more. After the safari, head to Weligama's beach and coral attractions.
Day 10: Surf Lesson & Beach Day!
Location: Mirissa
Afternoon surf lesson at Weligama Beach, suitable for beginners in small groups. Followed by a trip to Coconut Hill for a stunning sunset over Mirissa Beach.
Day 11: Turtle Beach & Coconut Hill
Location: Unawatuna
Soak up the sun by the pool, or check out the stunning beaches right next to your hotel! In the afternoon, we will visit turtle beach followed by sunset at the famous coconut hill.
Day 12: Cycle Tour & Free Time
Location: Unawatuna
Morning cycle tour through Unawatuna's tea plantations and coastline, guided by locals. Then relax at the hotel pool or Unawatuna Beach, with optional top-notch seafood. Enjoy another sunset or choose your own afternoon adventure.
Day 13: Magnificent Galle Dutch Fort
Location: Hikkaduwa
Explore historic Galle, a port town with roots back to ancient times. Visit Galle Fort, originally built in 1588, and later fortified by the Dutch. See well-preserved buildings and the famous lighthouse.
Day 14: Tsunami Museum & Farewell Dinner
Location: Colombo
Last beach day before heading to Colombo. Visit the Honganji Vihara Tsunami Monument and Photo Museum to learn about the 2004 tsunami's impact. Entry supports local recovery. End with a farewell feast in Colombo.
Day 15: Goodbye (For Now!)
Location: Colombo
Tour ends with a final breakfast and farewells. Catch your included airport transfer and head home or continue your journey. Reflect on 15 unforgettable days in Sri Lanka.
