Volunteer
We need a LOT of help and our volunteers are key to the success of our mission to save animals.
What can you do as a volunteer? The opportunities are endless! Here are just a few!
Assisting with operations, organizing supplies, greeting people in the lobby, helping with laundry, cleaning and feeding, walking dogs, helping to socialize timid animals. Helping to photograph cats and dogs, and assistance in the Thrift Shop.
These are just a few of the many, many ways volunteers can help.
What does it take? First, ask yourself:
- Do I enjoy interacting with people?
- Do I care about the health and welfare of animals?
- Am I ready to make a firm commitment to the animals and give my time?
- Am I ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work? (it’s not glamorous)
