As an expert provider of adventure camps, we also offer consulting for hotels, resorts and outdoor leisure businesses interested in program design and development.

Camp Adventure was founded by Jan Vieth in 2002, and since then, has been connecting the positive aspects of German holiday camps and Canadian summer camps to provide outstanding and unique adventure and sport holiday experiences for kids and teenagers from all over the globe.

Since 2015 we offer outdoor experiantial School Trips in our own Camp Adventure Academy in Walsrode, North Germany.

 

Summer Camp Jobs in Germany

We are looking for 4 young people who like the sound of becoming Mr&MrsClean on our site in Walsrode. Do you like the sound of being part of an international team for 4 weeks? Do you want to make this summer the best ever, together with many other young people?

Perhaps there are no camp placements left or you aren't yet old enough for one – no worries – we are still on the hunt for Mr&MrsClean. Together with a small team, it will be your responsibility to keep our camp clean. If you don't mind joining in with our Dishco wash-up, or cleaning the washrooms, or if you're just mad for cleaning or perhaps want to discover this passion, then this role is for you! After training, you will be able to discover the fun of camp, together with our teamers.

Your shifts will be spread throughout the day, totaling roughly 6-7 hours – for the rest of the day and evening, you'll be free and can of course join in with activities with the camp participants. Our campers come from all over the world and are between the ages of 7 and 17.

Requirements:

  • 18 years old or over
  • police clearance certificate
  • German or English speaking skills
  • desire to work in a team, with responsibility for camp cleanliness
  • availability to spend 4 weeks (a whole month) in Walsrode between June and September

What we are offering:

High Ropes Instructor in Germany

We are looking for a climbing instructor the high ropes course and climbing elements in our international adventure sports camp - 6 weeks out of the city into the nature! 

As our climbing trainer, it’s your job to coordinate the operation of our high ropes course and climbing elements. This includes the daily operation of the high ropes course, classification and training of assistants, organizing groups in the climbing operation, provision and allocation of correct material. You are a climbing trainer and have the knowledge of security methods and equipment and a high load capacity. Moreover, you are communicative, committed and creative, be motivated to work with kids and youths. All in all you, ensure a smooth running climbing program. 

What we expect from you is:

  • Previous experience with professional certificate
  • Knowledge of materials science, safety equipment, emergency behavior
  • Application period: late June – mid August
  • Operating time: 6 weeks
  • Location: Neuburg / Bavaria Training participation
  • Driving license Minimum age 21 years
  • First-Aid certificate
  • Advanced certificate
