Campers come to summer camp from Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and we've even had International Campers from over 80 countries.
Since 1966 Camp Friendship has offered boys and girls, ages 7-16, an opportunity to experience the best summer possible. Increased self-esteem, making new friendships and gaining social competence, learning to work as part of a team, responsibility and building positive values are just some of the life skills gained from participating in Camp Friendship programs... and it's fun!
Summer Activities and Year Round Programs ranging from equestrian camp, Sports Clinics, field trips, and teen camp offer our camp families a well- rounded summer camp experience. Camp Friendship has been privately owned by the Ackenbom family since it's founding.
