Since 1921, Camp Treetops has strived to nurture an inclusive community with an emphasis on values that remain vital to this day—child-centered education, the fostering of self-reliance and confidence, living in harmony with nature, and preserving a child’s world through a summer unplugged.
Our mission and values are rooted in the community and an unwavering commitment to the journey and joys of childhood.
Each summer, we endeavor to create a safe and supportive space for children and adults of all racial, cultural, religious, and ethnic identities; of all genders and sexual orientations; and of varying abilities, interests, and life experiences.
For over one hundred years, campers have discovered the value of simple, sustainable living and environmental stewardship, as they work and play in the stunning beauty of the Adirondacks.
