Excellent dive experience.
I did 3 dives with Cebu Dive Centre and I got one-to-one experience with the divemaster since other divers did not show up. And the divemaster was helpful to take photos & videos of me using my Gopro. Also, he's good in pointing out good stuff underwater. Look for Cebu Dive Centre if you're in Moalboal area. You will not be disappointed!
