- university degree (pedagogy an advantage)
- TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certificate
- business licence
- at least 1 year of experience teaching in a language school an advantage
- knowledge and application of communicative approach to language teaching
- detail orientedness and precision in delivery of lessons
- reliability and administrative skills
- flexibility, patience and creativity
