We are incredibly proud of our four Apprenticeship Academies, delivered by market-leading apprenticeship providers which allow our people to gain professionally recognised qualifications while they earn. These include specialisms within our Chefs Academy; Service Academy; Leadership Academy and Business Academy – from level 2 apprenticeships all the way up to level 6 chartered managers degree apprenticeships!
