Volunteers are needed to assist us in the day to day running of our rescued cat and dog shelter which is run from our home. ALSO need 2 volunteers for 3-4 weeks (or longer if possible) to manage a small family run cat and dog shelter inbetween the months of September-December.
At least one person needs to have veterinary experience and if possible the other to have experience of working/volunteering at a shelter although training will be given. A couple or 2 individuals that are organised, responsible, dedicated, reliable and able to run a small shelter unsupervised.
We need VERY RELIABLE, dedicated, healthy, energetic and organised volunteers who can work on their own once training is given which takes a few days.
We live in the mountains so nice and peaceful area. Village and shop nearby, tavernas and wineries.
You would live in our home but would need to arrange own flights. You also would need to supply your own food and drink during your stay.
