We are the only language school in Pilsen and one of three schools in the Czech Republic, which can only be proud of certified native speakers (for CELTA or DELTA certified English, similar certification systems for speakers of other languages).

Our lecturers are the cornerstone of our entire business, so we try to create the best working conditions. All of our lecturers can use our rich library free of charge, which is regularly updated with new titles. They have a lecture room with computers and internet access, refreshments, a photocopier and all in the city center, a few minutes from Republiky Square in the design of the school.
For lecturers, we organize several informal meetings during the year, regular methodical trainings and workshops . Part of the professional growth of our lecturers is regular observationin lessons, whose output is subsequently consulted with the lecturers. A number of native speakers work for EUFRAT, whose presence and experience are also beneficial for many Czech lecturers.
With each lecturer, we conclude a framework contract that defines exactly the mutual obligations and also sets the amount of remuneration. This consists of a fixed component, which is added to the variable bonuses for the qualification, the length of the work experience, the size of the job, and other criteria that will take you with the appropriate methodology when setting up the contract.
