Day 1 San Francisco
Arrive at any time.
Day 2-3 Big Sur
Catch a glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge on the way out of San Francisco. Wind the roads of the coast, checking out Big Sur and Julia Pfeiffer Burns SP.
Day 4-6 Los Angeles/San Diego
Be on the lookout for celebrities while passing a few popular sites on the way into California's most glamourous city, Los Angeles. Opt to check out Universal Studies before continuing on to San Diego. Try the fish tacos the city is famous for, and check out the Old Town.
Day 7 Scottsdale
Visit the the largest mass of sand dunes in California. Travel to Scottsdale for a real Southwest cowboy town experience.
Day 8-9 Grand Canyon National Park
Visit the cliff-dwellings at Montezuma Castle. Enjoy a sunset pizza dinner at the Grand Canyon rim. Hike and explore this natural wonder, and take an optional helicopter flight for a bird's-eye view.
Day 10-11 Lake Powell/Monument Valley
Visit the Glen Canyon Dam. Take an optional tour of Antelope Canyon. Learn about Navajo culture at Monument Valley, and opt for a 4x4 excursion with a Navajo guide.
Day 12-13 Moab
Hike in Canyonlands NP, and visit the rock formations of Arches NP. Opt to go whitewater rafting or mountain biking.
Day 14 Bryce Canyon
Drive along isolated Scenic Byway 12. Learn about the Fremont culture and view petroglyphs at Capitol Reef NP. See how it's done on an optional rodeo visit (seasonal).
Day 15-16 Zion National Park/Las Vegas
Go hiking in Zion NP. Explore Las Vegas after a brief orientation walk with the CEO along the famous Vegas Strip. Take an optional VIP limo ride.
Day 17 Death Valley National Park/Bishop
Visit the hottest, driest and lowest point in North America: Death Valley. Stargaze at a secluded hot spring.
Day 18-19 Yosemite National Park
Walk among the tufa towers at Mono Lake and marvel at Yosemite's peaks, granite domes and giant sequoias. Hike to majestic waterfalls, lakes and meadows.
Day 20 Napa Valley/Petaluma
Trade in rugged wilderness for the vineyards of beautiful Napa Valley. Enjoy a picnic lunch, then opt for wine tasting or a canoeing trip.
Day 21 San Francisco
Circle back to San Francisco. Take an optional cable car ride over the steep hills, explore the city by bicycle or set sail to the setting sun.
