Our Thailand program offers an entirely new experience each week! You'll be placed in a group of equally minded people, who are looking for a once in a lifetime experience, just like you. Fully supervised by the in country staff, you'll take part in up to 4 weeks of amazing activities!
You begin on an action packed introduction week in Singburi, where you'll explore Buddhist temples, witness traditional performances, visit a bustling floating market and even learn the language, plus much more!
You'll then head over to an elephant sanctuary where you will be a key influence in the sustainability of the project, helping to provide a safe natural habitat for these truly special and gracious animals.
Week three provides you with a chance to volunteer at a local orphanage, where much needed help is required to maintain and improve the site. You'll also get the chance to play some fun games with the children, who absolutely love to meet all of our volunteers.
Your final week takes you to the world famous Thai beaches, where not only will you get plenty of opportunity to appreciate the exquisite coastline, but you'll also enjoy more authentic landmarks and activities, all unique to the majestic Thai way of life!

What to Expect
Week 1: Siam Customs and Culture – Your adventure starts with an action-immersion into Thai culture! This project involves day trips to the ancient city of Ayutthaya, visiting the famous Phra Narai Ratchaniwet Phra Ram (monkey temple) and the Wat Phra Phutthabat Temple (Buddha's footprint) and excitingly getting to see a performance of traditional Thai dance. You will also be given authentic Thai language and cookery lessons to show off to friends when you return home.
Week 2: Elephant Experience - This unforgettable experience of being able to spend time and bond with the elephants, whilst they’re in their natural habitat is something truly unique. You will clean and feed the elephants on a daily basis, learning everything about them from their history, to the relationship they have with their mahouts.
Week 3: Community Volunteering - You'll be helping on going renovations and maintenance of a local orphanage, under the guidance of the project coordinator. You'll also help to teach English, work in the garden & create activities for the kids! Choose your own way of teaching and bring your own ideas to the classroom to help improve the lives of local children and help the community!
Week 4: Beach Week - It’s time to relax on white sandy beaches and have the occasional swim the deep blue warm waters! Enjoy lots of free time for chilling out, swimming, reading or sunbathing. However there will still be plenty of activities every day from sightseeing, meeting with local monks and even aiding a beach conservation program!
