Selecting the very best teachers for our schools from so many high quality applicants is a tough task, and we take it as a huge compliment that so many educators around the world would like to become part of the team.
It takes more than a teaching degree.
Of course, all of our GEMS teachers are qualified and trained. And they must love teaching. But that is not enough for us. A great GEMS candidate can see more in a child than they see in themselves. And they understand that GEMS students will show them more than they will ever teach from the front of a classroom.
