Responsibilities:

1.    Provide service to end users for daily IT support;
2.    Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;
3.    Assess the priority of incidents as they are identified and refer issues to remote support personnel as needed;
4.    Ensure the quality of solutions provided by remote engineers;
5.    Ensure customer satisfaction;
6.    Provide training when required for end users;
7.    Administer all upgrades for end-user devices, hardware and software;
8.    Perform audits, system backups and recovery.

 

Intern will be able to gain:

1.    Detailed knowledge of PC operating systems (Windows XP/7 and all MS Office applications);
