GVDA is a leading International non-profit making organization established in Kenya in 1997 . Its main aim is to play an active role within the international role exchange that promotes international understanding, intellectual learning and tolerance.
GVDA organizes activities that are focused on youth mobility and non formal education and volunteering and committed to promoting and development opportunities for for youth , students and people of all ages.Our programs are currently attracting hundreds of young people from abroad every year to participate in education and cultural programs that have a work element , including summer work combines, short term group,home-stays, mid , long term,internship, International volunteer positions, community dimension, cross-cultural learning, Eco tourism, community tourism, adventure and community services of people of all ages.
GVDA partners with over 100 both local and international organizations that include grassroots community groups,government organizations,non-government organizations,university groups and private initiatives t bring an enormous diversity to the type of projects we offer. Our projects are generally either conservation,community development or a a mix of both with local communities. GVDA works directly with with local communities to provide assistance for ongoing sustainable development.
