From April to middle of October we offer guided bike tours in small groups with max. 15 persons. We also have seasonal jobs available.
Crete is a true El Dorado for cyclists. Greece's largest island spoils weekend pedal pushers, leisure bikers, cross-country-cruisers, adrenalin addicted downhillers and altimetre hunters alike. Guided Bike Trekking Tours and sporting Mountainbike Tours and Road Racing Training will initiate you into the unspoilt wonders of Crete.
For those who can suffer leaving their sunbed on the beach or at the pool for just a day – or even half a day – you may discover the original Crete beyond the shores. And it is certainly worth exploring!
Rugged cliff coasts, traditional mountain villages, fragrant orange gardens, gnarled olive groves and the aromatic bouquet of Cretan herbs will accompany you on a bike tour, which will always give you a true insight into the famous Cretan hospitality as well.
Recruitment
As a bike guide you accompany small groups of up to 15 persons, instruct on biking techniques, drive the mini-van and give information on history, flora, fauna and customs of Crete. You help with the service and maintenance of bikes. Advanced biking skills are required but not competition standard. Social skills and customer orientated attitude are a priority.
Our expectations:
- minimum age 22 - max. 40

- love of MTB and Road Racing
- friendly and customer-orientated
- responsible personality
- experience in tourism or group dynamics
- interest in other cultures
- driving license B
- good working knowledge of English
- Scandinavian languages useful but not conditional
- experience of bike service and bike mechanics
