IEPUK Ltd is a not-for-profit land based training organisation. Our worldwide paid training placements help young farmers and student farmers to improve their future career prospects by gaining experience overseas.
We organise training and educational programmes and rural work placements for young people in land-based industries including: agriculture, horticulture, equine, wine making, green-keeping, biotechnologies and agri-business. IEPUK’s reciprocal farming exchanges enable young farmers to ‘earn and learn’ in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA. Young farmers can apply online for a variety of opportunities in agriculture, horticulture, equine, turf management, forestry and winery sectors.
Perhaps you are you tired of your current role, or haven’t found your dream job yet, have you recently left college and want to improve your skills so you can get a better job, or maybe you just feel like you need a change. If you’re up for a challenge and are a hard worker, then why not consider doing a paid work placement, in a country other than where you live?
If you are currently studying or working in any land-based sector industry, are 30 or under, have a clean driving license and would like the opportunity to “learn whilst you earn”, then why not get in touch? It might be the best thing you ever did!
Over 30? It’s not necessarily too late to have the experience of a lifetime, get in touch with our dedicated team to see what opportunities might be out there for you.
