Students will be familiar with national and international gastronomic cultures, as well as traditional and modern techniques. Students will also get to know culinary properties and their application in a variety of products.

While studying at the institute, students will develop their personal and professional skills, including creativity, leadership, and passion. The program runs for 20 weeks and you can join us in February or July and lasts for 5 months (1000 hours)
