IYEP is a member of the worldwide network of Volunteers for International Partnership (VIP), offering volunteering opportunities in Ghana, West Africa. The EIL consist of 24 member countries each autonomously run. Members of the EIL provide cross-cultural programs that promote peace and understanding among young people all over the world. IYEP is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, registered with the Department of Social Welfare and the Registrar General’s Department in Ghana
IYEP welcomes volunteers from all over the world to Ghana. Our VIP program is carefully structured to meet the requirements of receiving communities and volunteers to proffer the utmost benefit to all. We also have great concern for the environment and seek to contribute to the reverse of the rapid degradation of the forests by collaborating with conservation projects that have concentration on preserving the lives of wildlife and plants.

- Forests, agriculture and Conservation
- Minority groups
- Fundraising and office administration
- Orphanages and Children’s Homes
- ICT and Language teaching
- Arts and Culture – music, dance, etc
