Detailed Program Itinerary:
DAY 01: ARRIVE AT HO CHI MINH CITY
Our services begin here. You will be greeted & welcome by the Idex representative at Ho Chi Minh City airport. You will be then escorted to your accommodation and shall be assisted with check‐in.
Stay overnight at the accommodation on, Ho Chi Minh City. (No meal)
DAY 02: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI (60km)
Morning – have breakfast before starting your full‐day tour of Cu Chi.
- Visiting The Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office
- The Reunification Palace
- The War Remnants Museum
- Ben Thank market

DAY 03: HO CHI MINH – MY THO – CAN THO (180km)
After breakfast ‐ Drive to My Tho which is around 2 hours journey.
- Taking two hours drive from Ho Chi Minh city to My Tho.
- Taking a sampan cruising along the tributaries of the Mekong River for a close‐up view of local life.
- Wandering through Islands and orchards where you can taste some of the huge variety of tropical fruits and
Later on ‐ take sampan back to harbor for 2 hours driving to Can Tho city.

DAY 04: CAI RANG FLOATING – HO CHI MINH (180km)
- Morning – Start your tour after breakfast, it is advised to start the boat trip before 08:00 am otherwise you may not see the busiest me of the floating market.
– Later on ‐ take a boat trip exploring the vibrant flaoting market of Cai Rang at which the trading way is unique; each boat usually sells one particular item, whether it be pumpkins, pineapples, sugar canes. Mekong Delta

DAY 05 TO DAY 08: VOLUNTEER WORK
- Morning – Start a fresh day in Ho Chi Minh City with a breakfast and head for volunteering work in the local community as per the current requirements of the projects.

DAY 09 TO DAY 10 FREE WEEKEND (HO CHI MINH)
- Free weekend, you are at leisure on your own activities.

DAY 11: HO CHI MINH – DA NANG – HOI AN
- Morning – You are at leisure on your own activities.
- Afternoon – drive to Ho Chi Minh airport to board flight to Danang. Arrive at Danang airport you will be greeted by the Idex representative and transfer to Hoi An and check in to accommodation.

DAY 12: HOI AN – MY SON (60 Km)
- Morning – After breakfast depart for the ancient Chamruins of My son.
– Arrive at My son and visit the Tra Kieu capital which was the former administration center of champa kingdom.
– Discover the majestic ancient ruins at my son including ancient towers which were built from 4th Century.

DAY 13: HOI AN – TRA QUE VILLAGE (03 Km)
- After breakfast ‐ You will ride by bicycle to Tra Que Vegetable Village (3kms far from Hoian). It is me for you to experience a day of living and working with the local farmers in this village.
– A tour of the organic vegetable and herb gardens can include some me working in the field if you like, or merely observing and learning about the system and the fresh ingredients.
– Afterwards ‐ return to Tra Que’s family house, you will be enjoy with “food massage” before working together with our family chef to learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. Then, sit down and a chance to savour the dishes you have prepared.
– After lunch – return to your hotel and relax.

DAY 14: HOI AN
- You are at leisure on this day. (Services provide by Idex is room, Breakfast + Taxes)

DAY 15: HOI AN – HUE (150 Km)
- After breakfast – set for a lovely drive to Hue, this is around 4 hour’s journey where enroute we have fabulous sightseeing we may make stops at: Lang Co beach, Hai Van pass.
– Arrive in Hue and check in to hotel and then relax.

DAY 16: FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING TOUR OF HUE
- Arrival Hue at around 10:00 am. Station pick up then transfer to hotel to take a short break, have late breakfast before visiting the former Imperial Citadel.Lunch is next at a local restaurant.
– Then in the afternoon is our visit to the splendid royal tombs, there are actually more than 6 tombs but we will choosen to visit two of three tombs as below: Minh Mang, Tu Duc and Khai Dinh. After that we walk/transfer to the boat dock for our cruising on the Perfume River,viewing the city and the tranquil villages on the riverbank.

DAY 17: HUE – HANOI
- Morning – You are at leisure.
– Afternoon – check out from your accommodation and drive to airport and board your flight to Hanoi.
– Arrive at Hanoi and you will be greeted by the Idex representative and transfer to your accommodation.

DAY 18: HANOI – SAPA (overnight train)
- Morning ‐ Start your sightseeing tour and begin your day by vising Uncle Ho, learning about his great life at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, and his residential place.
– Next stop is the nearby Temple of Literature. The site of Vietnam´s first University, built in twelfth century, to teach the royals the Confucius theory. Here we will also have a chance to see a traditional music performance.
– In the afternoon ‐ choose one from the numerous museums or temples around Hanoi (Museum of Ethnology, Women´s Museum, History Museum or Quan Thanh Temple). A late afternoon walk around Hoan Kiem lake and Hanoi´s fascinang Old Quarter for some great fun, shopping, and street side traditional food, maybe to try one “Hanoi bia”. This is your chance to be part of typical Hanoian style and its traditional Vietnamese culture.
Dinner on your own. 8:15 pm: Transfer from an prearranged meeting spot to the station for your night train to Sapa.Stay overnight in train. (Breakfast)
DAY 19: LAO CHAI – SAPA – TA VAN
- Morning arrive at Lao Chai railway station and you will be greeted by the Idex representative, and then 45 minutes Drive to Sapa town and check in to your accommodation.
– After breakfast, short morning break and have some last preparation for the trekking to villages.
– We leave the hotel and start easy trekking through the hill‐tribe villages, green valleys, and rice terraces and have picnic lunch on trekking track.
- Keep trekking to Ta van village where Zay People reside. We will be warmly welcomed by locals and check in the home stay and overnight with experienced night me here.

DAY 20: TA VAN – TREKKING TO GIANG TA CHAI – SAPA TOWN – HANOI (overnight train)
- Morning ‐ After the breakfast, we keep trekking through rice terrace track to Giang Ta Chai village where is home of Red Dzao people, and then to Su Phan village where the vehicle is awaiting for transferring back to Sapa town.
– This afternoon ‐ You are at leisure me to explore Sapa town by self.
– Later on leave for sapa in the late afternoon to Lao Cai Railway Station for overnight train to Hanoi.

DAY 21: ARRIVE AT HANOI
- Morning ‐ Arrival transfer from Hanoi Railway station to hotel.
– Rest of the day you are at leisure.

DAY 22: HANOI – FLY OUT
- You will be transferred to the Hanoi airport to board your flight to onward destination.
– You can use the remaining few hours you have to do some last minute sightseeing or shopping.
– Your vehicle and driver stay with you until your assisted check in at the airport.
– Our services end at Hanoi airport.
