We work with NGOs, local charities and communities who need the extra help of on the ground volunteers and work closely with volunteers to determine how their skills can be applied to the project.
We have projects in Africa, Asia and Latin America, in 26 countries. We offer a bespoke service, in which we work closely with each volunteer to determine how their skills and interest match and can be applied to the project. Often if volunteers have a specific area of interest, we can accommodate this by letting the project know in advance and finding somewhere your skills will be of benefit.
We accept volunteers of different ages and nationalities and custom-make trips for groups, families, couples and friends. Our mission is to promote sustainable social, environmental and economic development to empower communities whilst cultivating educated, compassionate and global citizens through responsible travel. Therefore we encourage all our volunteers to learn local culture, customs and language to gain a more thorough understanding of the country and communities they live and work alongside.
Volunteer trips are self funded, and prices vary depending on your destination and the duration of your trip. In most cases fees include accommodation, in either a volunteer house or a home stay, your meals, airport pick up and drop off and training and support. Typically volunteers will work five days a week and have evenings and weekends free, during which project staff can help you to plan excursions and activities to help you learn more about your host country and get the most out of your experience.
