To ensure we deliver the very best holiday experience for children of all ages, we recruit around 600 top quality sports coaching staff annually.
We offer permanent and temporary positions in sports coaching and childcare throughout the UK on our King's Camps and also throughout Europe on cruise ships and holiday resorts.
From multi-sport coaches, through to Site Managers or football and swimming specialists, we recruit people who enjoy a challenge and are passionate about helping children to enjoy sport and help them reach their potential.
We run camps during the school holidays in February, Easter, May, Summer and October. We reward Red Tops by actively looking to promote from within our teams, so many of our staff return year after year.
