Langtang Children's Home started from 2005. Taking in children that are either Orphaned or from poor families that are not able to financially take care of their own children.

Then in 2011 we also started a day care for children with disabilities.
We did this because we could see that these vulnerable children were not being treated fairly in society and we wanted to do something to change this.

I am Janak Kapali,the Manager of Langtang Children Home & Disabled Day Centre (NGO).
We are hoping to make a difference in these children's lives and welcome support from all over the world in order to help with this.

We welcome regular volunteers from all over the world and are able to provide accommodation & meals etc in return for a very small contribution.

We particularly are interested in taking volunteers with some experience in this field or with a therapeutic background (e.g Speech Therapists, Occupational therapists, Physiotherapists etc).
