Each Resort in run by a dedicated team of ski guides, kitchen, cleaning and driving staff, overseen by a Resort Manager and an Activity Manager. JOBS
POSITION : HEAD OF SKI OPERATIONS

Les Elfes Verbier is looking for an experienced ski guide to be the Head of Ski Operations (to be dual qualified in ski and snowboard) minimum ISIA Level or equivalent for the winter season.

Les Elfes is currently hiring for this winter season and has positions available in all three Resorts. A typical day involves a meeting at 8am sharp with your Activity Manager who will give you all the information for the day ahead, which group, where, what level etc. Afterwards our drivers ( Verbier, Tzoumaz is a short walk and Crans is ski in ski out ) will take you to the slopes and off you go! Skiing or snowboarding with the students, you will be responsible for their safety and of course their fun!
Stopping for lunch and some hot chocolate of course is a must! Instructing can be challenging so we are really looking for people you are full of energy, dynamic, positive, who have had experience with children before and who are prepared to give it their all to ensure their students have the time of their lives. In a typical week, guides will work 6 days a week including an arrival day ( off snow ) as well as one or two evenings ( 19h00-20h30 ) helping out our animation team ( see below ) in evening activities such as a Torch Light Walk or Ice Skating, and at the end of the week say goodbye to their group at the prize giving where students will receive a certificate and medals.
Competitive salary guaranteed for the whole season from the 1st December to 14th April, working as above 6 days per week with one day off paid per week. Accommodation can be provided (shared ) if needed on campus.
POSITION: WINTER CAMP MONITOR

During the Winter the Monitors take charge of the students when they return from their lessons on the slopes. A typical day will involve starting work around 15h00 and finishing at 23h00, and taking part in après ski and evening activities, these range from Ice Skating and Sledging, to Swimming and Arts and Crafts, to Excursions to some of Switzerlands most famous destination such as the United Nations or the Mason Cailler Chocolate Factory.
The range of activities is vast and each day is different, getting to know the students and being part of their experience is crucial, we are looking for staff who are positive, have an open mind, and have skills in activities that separates you from the crowd, such as a guitar teacher, or dance coach. As with the guide role you will work 6 days a week. POSITION: SUMMER CAMP MONITOR

Summer in Verbier is incredible, the students have over 30 activities to take part in, they could be Banana Boating on the Lake, Rock Climbing in Verbier, or having a cultural day in one of Switzerlands famous Cities such as Bern or Geneva. During the afternoon and evenings there are plenty of fun activities both on and off camp, from Discos to Crazy Golf, all during which you as a monitor will have to supervise, ensuring their safety and well being and above all else making sure they are having fun! A typical day will be starting at 10h00 and finishing at 19h00 or 15h00 to 23h00, 6 days a week.

SPRING CAMP MONITOR

During these Spring weeks, Les Elfes is looking for staff in all three of our camps. We are looking for people who have experience working with children and the great outdoors, activities are mainly rock climbing, hiking, and mountain biking, as well as more traditional sports such as tennis and golf. We are also looking for staff members to supervise students on Duke of Edinburgh trips so if you have knowledge or experience or any relevant qualifications such as ML, IML or DofE Assessor, then great get in touch! Due to the nature of this work there is no typical day!
Competitive salary from the 26th April-20th June, accommodation can be provided (shared ) if needed on campus.
POSITION: NURSE

- Requirements : Qualified Registered Nurse ( English speaking compulsory )
At Les Elfes we are looking for a Nurse who ideally has experience in Pediatrics. An ability to multi-task, good organizational skills and to think no your feet is crucial, as well as good decision making skills at times we may have up to 150 students, so you may be a little busy! All of our resorts are within 10 minutes to a Emergency Dr and 45 minutes to a Emergency Hospital.
