This program plays an essential role in supplying quality medical care to the people of Uganda. There are four volunteer placement options participants can choose. They include;
Ngora Health Centre 4 – An outpatient clinic where volunteers will work alongside doctors and nurses with outpatients, lab, malaria/TB /HIV testing, ART clinic, immunizations and maternity. This clinic is happy to have both medically trained volunteers and non-medical volunteers.
Ngora Health Centre 3 - Ngora District Maternity Unit - This clinic specializes in maternity, delivering 200 babies per month (including by c-section), baby check-ups, immunizations, HIV testing and 6 week screening. Volunteers can assist the nurses with deliveries, check-ups, immunizations etc. This clinic is happy to accept medical and non-medical volunteers
Ngora Freda Carr Hospital - This private hospital has a surgical theatre, inpatient, outpatient, lab, pharmacy, maternity, dental, immunizations etc. Volunteers can assist in any area of patient care that fits with their knowledge and interest. This hospital also runs nurses training so volunteers can help to teach trainee nurses.
Pallisa Hospital - Is a 100 bed capacity public hospital with a large out-patient department, maternity unit, a theatre, a pediatric ward and general wards. Volunteers usually assist in several departments during their placement.

- To offer practical African medical experience to volunteers
- Enable inter-cultural exchange which benefits both locals and international volunteers alike.
