Low Country CBO Consortium was set up to help the plantation communities that live in poor conditions without even basic human facilities. Most of these people are Tamil - a minority in Sri Lanka. 

We have scheduled projects to upgrade their social and economical conditions and are seeking international volunteers to assist.
