What Does Magic Ears Do?
With innovative technology and high-quality teachers, Magic Ears provides fun, interactive and efficient online English learning experiences to 4-12-year-old children in China. All teachers working with us are native English-speakers from USA/Canada with a Bachelor Degree or above.
Also, Magic Ears dedicates itself to providing an enjoyable environment, which allows teachers to excel and grow with us together. Because Magic Ears believes in its teachers, we offer many exciting opportunities for them to obtain secondary positions such as interviewers, trainers, social media administrators, proofreaders and much more.
Jobs
Magic Ears’ has a 1-on-4 students classroom model and each class is 25 mins. Magic Ears ensures each kid has sufficient interaction with the teacher as well as opportunities to interact with and learn from other students. We require a 6-month minimum commitment from our applicants. The contract can be renewed upon both parties’ approval.
Your role:
- Teach English to young learners between 4-12 years of age through our online platform
- Teachers will be teaching classrooms with up to 4 students
- Our Class Coordination Team will handle scheduling and student assignment
- Each in-lesson time is 25 minutes
- Training and support provided
- Curriculum is preset, no lesson planning required
