Pony Trekking in the Maluti Mountains, visits to the awesome Katse Dam, Skiing at Africas only Ski Resort high in the Malutis - we take small groups/families on tailor made tours, mixing sight-seeing, activity and cultural experiences. All transport by owner of company who is a regular sight in Lesotho, even the locals know him in his red VW Kombi! Visits to Basotho Villages to meet and talk with the people, trekking, hiking, visits to Sangoma (traditional healer) and also time to meet some of the children who come running when they see the vehicle.
Tours fully guided in all activities apart from skiing where you are transported to the resort and then depending on your ability, either take part in a lesson or two, or aim for the slope. Ski season June/July/Aug only. We arrange fly-fishing outings into Lesotho with a one or two night stop over at venue.
All fishing in the area is 'catch and release' barbless hooks required.Visit the ancient sandstone overhangs which form caves and house San Paintings created by the San people of long ago. Historical sites in the area are plentiful. Horse riding in beautiful terrain with rock climbing for those more energetic. Naturally all activities are at own risk and an indemnity form must be completed.
