What to Expect
- Explore and sightsee in Kathmandu - Get to know the beautiful region of Kathmandu through social activities with our group, visiting the hidden temples and learning about the fantastic culture!
- Get great hands on experience – You’ll be able to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week at a large teaching hospital; giving you as much patient contact time as possible. The hospital offers 27 different departments, giving a huge range of choice to focus on.
- Have great fun with a group – This placement means you’ll be with a group, rather than being alone. This, along with our UK leader to look after you means your experience is completely hassle free and packed full of fun!
- Trek to the Everest Base Camp - Participate on the World famous trek, taking you into the heart of the Himalayan range with breathtaking views of the World's highest mountains. Trek through valleys and see everything from Buddhist monasteries to wild yaks!
