With the breadth of our attractions, there are many career paths within our business. Broadly speaking, we separate our operations into three areas.
- Corporate – From IT and HR to Finance and Commercial Partnerships, within Corporate we ensure that everything our attractions need to run is taken care of.
- Merlin Magic Making – The creative hub of the business with roles as diverse as SEA LIFE display developers, sculptors and LEGO brick modellers, Merlin Magic Making is also home to the Site Search, Theming and additional back office teams.
- Attractions – The frontline of our business with attractions such as Alton Towers Resort, THORPE PARK, Gardaland, Warwick Castle, Heide Park Resort, LEGOLAND, SEA LIFE and Madame Tussauds.

On the Accelerate Programme, we want to give you exposure to as many operating groups as possible – i.e. Resort Theme Parks, LEGOLAND Parks, Midway Attractions (e.g. Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE) and you could even be part of a New Openings team where you help to plan and launch a new attraction!
