It hopes to improve the conditions they have to study in and contribute towards providing academic and other essentials needed for disadvantaged pupils attending the school.
The MEF also supports the promotion of agricultural based self-sufficiency programmes at the school and a bursary for pupils who go on to study agriculture at a vocational level.
About Monze
Monze is in the Southern Province of Zambia, located 120 miles south of the capital Lusaka on the Great North Road, and is on the route to Livingstone and Victoria Falls.
The population of Monze District is in the order of 800,000. However the town itself which includes shanty town expansion, and traditional village communities within 30-40 minutes walk of the town centre is about 15,000.
Monze is surrounded by small communities often referred to as compounds. The plan to the right is not a literal reproduction of Monze's layout, but does give an indication of relative positions of key buildings.
