Nautilus Yachting are looking for a flotilla skipper and host/hostess for the summer season for a family orientated, well established flotilla in Greece.
You will be a fun loving, energetic and competent sailor with the ability to plan, coordinate and enhance our guests sailing holiday.
You will need to work in a small team to manage your own yacht and the guests' yachts, whilst arranging dinners, drinks and activities for all ages to enjoy on holiday.
You will need to be available from the end of April to the end of September.
You will already have:
- Yacht sailing experience and as a skipper you will be a commercially endorsed yachtmaster.
- Customer facing experience
- A professional but enthusiastic demeanour
- Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Being part of a flotilla lead crew can be a great start to a yachting career and you will be supported by us in your training and development.
As a flotilla skipper you will be expected to:
- Manage the flotilla fleet ensuring yachts are safely moored each day
- Plan and coordinate the flotilla route appropriate to the weather
- Manage and trouble-shoot day to day repairs and faults
- Ensure the safety of all clients and boats and maintain covid awareness
- Deliver professional informative briefings to clients
- Manage, maintain and clean the lead yacht
- Assist the host in organising social aspects of the flotilla
