Nautilus Yachting are looking for a flotilla skipper and host/hostess for the summer season for a family orientated, well established flotilla in Greece.
You will be a fun loving, energetic and enthusiastic sailor with the ability to plan, coordinate and enhance our guests sailing holiday.
You will need to work in a small team to manage your own yacht and the guests' yachts, whilst arranging dinners, drinks and activities for all ages to enjoy on holiday.
You will need to be available from the end of April to the end of September.
You will already have:
- Customer facing experience
- A professional but enthusiastic demeanour
- Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
- Sailing and/or boating experience
- Excellent English language skills
- Being part of a flotilla lead crew can be a great start to a yachting career and you will be supported by us in your training and development.
As a flotilla host/hostess you will be expected to:
- Assist the skipper with all aspects of running the flotilla and the lead yacht.
- Ensure the safety of all clients and boats and maintain covid awareness
- Deliver professional informative briefings to clients
- Meet and greet clients and be their first point of call for advice/ local knowledge/ general problems
- Organise dinner, activities and excursions for the guests.
