We believe in building communities where people feel at home with each other, no matter their age, income or ethnicity. We believe in building trust between all groups of people in society. We believe our differences don't need to divide us.
NCS THE CHALLENGE
NCS The Challenge is a government-backed three-part programme for 15-17 year olds which runs in the summer (June - August) and Autumn (October - November).
Young people spend three or four weeks in a diverse team, pushing themselves to the limit physically, developing new skills and designing their own social action projects.
The success of the NCS programme is dependent on the seasonal staff who support it. This year we'll be recruiting over 4,500 seasonal staff working across a number of different roles to lead, mentor and inspire young people to get the most out of the programme.
